About the Muskoka Builders' Association
The Muskoka Builders' Association represents 100 companies involved in the construction industry in Muskoka. Our members are Builders, Suppliers, Trade Contractors and Service Professionals who are devoted to professionalism in the industry. Our Association has been active in Muskoka since 1988.
Our goals as an Association are to promote the professionalism of our membership; build consumer awareness; offer networking opportunities and training to our members; offer quality, affordability and choice for the consumer and build the dreams of countless Muskoka families. Join Us!
Board of Directors
The Muskoka Builders' Association Board of Directors are volunteers from our Member Companies, who meet on a monthly basis to oversee the operations and activities of the Association. The Association also employs an Executive Officer, who is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Association.

Muskoka Builders' Association Bursary
As construction professionals, we are reminded daily of the need for young people to consider careers in the construction trades. As business people, we know that careers in construction trades offer countless opportunities, above-average earnings and stable employment.
To promote young people entering construction trades through either Apprenticeship in a construction-related trade or through continuing, post-secondary education in a construction-related trade, the Muskoka Builders' Association offers over $3,000 in Bursaries each year.
To apply for a $500 Bursary Award, simply download, complete and return our Muskoka Builders' Association Bursary Application (MS Word Document), along with proof of enrolment in post-secondary education or Apprenticeship.
Monthly Dinner Meetings
The Muskoka Builders' Association holds monthly Dinner Meetings the 2nd Thursday of each month (except July and August). Our Dinner Meetings are generally held at Riverside Inn in Bracebridge but are subject to change. To be sure of location and time details, we suggest calling our office in advance or referring to the "Upcoming Events" below. Our meetings are open to anyone. Guests who wish to stay for dinner may do so by paying the dinner cost of $25 at the door.
For members, one dinner per Member Company (per month) is included in the Membership Dues.

Annual Golf Tournament
Our 2011 Annual Golf Tournament will be held Thursday, June 2, 2011 at South Muskoka Golf & Curling Club. Registration information will be forwarded to members and posted to this website on May 1, 2011.
Annual Home Show
The Muskoka Builders' Association is proud to run the premiere Home Show in the Muskoka area. For the past 18 years, we have hosted our Spring show in late April, featuring over 60 exhibitors. Our Member Companies receive a discounted exhibit space and right of first refusal for exhibit space. Non-members may also exhibit in the Show.
